Our mission	To provide a volunteer community health-support system that offers high-quality health care to the working underserved population.

Opportunities	Dental professionals Dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants help us care for patients during our day and evening clinic hours. We also rely on volunteers from UVA and the VCU School of Dentistry. Weekly 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor Skilled Weekdays Nurses Nurses support our volunteer providers during evening clinic hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5–8 p.m. Weekly 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor Skilled Weekdays Mental health professionals. Psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and social workers may volunteer to provide mental health assessments, counseling, and medication management for Free Clinic medical patients during evening clinic hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5–8 p.m. Weekly 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor Skilled Weekdays Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians volunteer to fill and dispense medications during evening clinic hours at our licensed, onsite pharmacy on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6–8:30. Weekly 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor Skilled Weekdays Primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, specialists, and diabetes educators. These professionals see patients during evening clinic hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5–8 p.m. Weekly 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor Skilled Weekdays Direct patient care Nurses, EMTS, phlebotomists, and dental, nursing, and medical students — serve patients at the Free Clinic. Weekly 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor Skilled Weekdays Administrative support Volunteers help support our clinic operations by checking in patients, preparing patient charts, handing out prescriptions, and scheduling patients. Weekly 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor On-site Weekdays

About us	The Charlottesville Free Clinic provides free medical and dental care and free prescriptions for working un-insured and under-insured adults in the greater Charlottesville community.
