Our mission	Charlottesville Area Tree Stewards is a non-profit group of volunteers who plant trees, care for trees and educate the public to do the same.

Opportunities	Fieldwork There are many opportunities to improve the community by removing evasive species, staff a trees sale or work in the nursery, planting trees, reclaiming forests and more One-time, Occasional Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Families Event support, Indoor, Outdoor On-site, Formal Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Organizational Organizational opportunities include joining a committee, photographing trees and events, or helping with media relations. One-time, Occasional Teens, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Families Office work, Indoor On-site Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Educational Staff and event table – Enjoy a day with other Tree Stewards distributing tree-related information. Or Serve as a Trainee Class Contact Occasional Adults Individuals Event support, Indoor, Outdoor On-site, Formal Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends
