To provide Christian principle services to the poor, hungry, and unsheltered homeless through daily outreach, meals, Bible studies, food drives, and advocacy.

PACEM believes that a welcoming, safe place to shelter is the first step to addressing the crisis of homelessness.

To strengthen our communities by improving the lives of those in need through actions promoting self-sufficiency. We seek to eliminate the impact of poverty by focusing on education, housing stability and economic opportunities.

The United Way of Greater Charlottesville connects our community, enabling individuals and families to achieve their potential. We endeavor to create a strong, equitable community where every person thrives.

Our primary ministry is providing hospitality (housing and support) to families in need.

To end generational poverty, and to foster a culture of achievement in which all children in our community graduate from high school, ready for college or career. We accomplish this through partnerships with our parents, neighbors, organizations, schools and community.
