The center boasts a year-round gardening program from perennial fruits to summer vegetables and winter greens. Volunteers will help tend to the center’s garden.

Volunteer coaches assist head and lead coaches in teaching The First Tee Life Skills Experience to participants, provide positive feedback, and encourage participant behavior to help ensure a safe learning environment.

Lead assistant coaches organize and lead other volunteers in the delivery of life skills, golf skills, class set up, and procedures. They ensure that programming and activities are consistent with The First Tee Life Skills Experience.

Volunteers that help with special events assist staff with fundraising events throughout the year. Support is needed with event planning, production, and follow up.
